AAB is twelve years old and goes to Herrick Middle School. She loves to sing and likes skateboarding. A unique thing about her is that she writes songs. Her friends say she is wierd, bubbly, and quirky. Andrew Harte plays linebacker and running back for St. Joseph School. He is also a very crazy person. Joe Nitti plays middle linebacker at St. Joseph School. He's super smart, and he loves reading! Brian is a junior at Downers Grove South. He plays for the DGS tennins team. His favorite movie is ’’Batman.’’ Charles Armstrong is a junior at Downers Grove South. He runs cross-country and plays volleyball there. He lives in Downers Grove and loves hanging out with friends and staying active. Mandy traveled a lot as a young girl and got to live in London, Scotland, and Italy. She has three dogs that she loves. She goes to Downers Grove North and sings in the choir. She enjoys reading, writing, and participating in pageants. Fabio Williams III is 16 and a junior at Downers Grove South. He plays on the varsity tennis team and is a member of ACE (Athletes Committeed to Excellence). Friends, family, pets, and video games are also important parts of his life. Axel Cylubek was born in high-rise apartment building to Anne and Frank Cylubek, both weathly entrepreneurs. However, they soon tired of the rich life and forsook much of their fortune, moving to Downers Grove as a normal family. However, I was anything but normal. At age 2, I was discovered to have an IQ of over 170, my specialties being mathematics, science and psychology. Now at age 12, I currently go to an institute for genii in the city and have written over one hundred articles for various scientific magazines under many assorted pen names. I aspire to win the Nobel Prize before I turn 18. I will often have my head stuck in a mystery or nonfiction book to expand my horizons and challenge my logic. I’m Ali and I'm a junior. My name is Lisa and I’m a librarian in the Technical Services Department. When I’m not working at the library, I like to read, travel, and play with my dog (who is the cutest and best dog in the whole world). Two of my favorite authors are Tamora Pierce and Sarah Dessen. I also like to read mysteries and fantasy. Carol is the library’s publicity person. She’s a Downers Grove North and North Central College grad who has lived in Downers Grove all her life. Carol loves to read and to write, to bike and hike with her husband, to listen to glam rock and early 80s music, and to watch her cat, Frida, run around the house.
