Lisa Bobis, Manager Technical Services staff members are responsible for maintaining the books and audio-visual items owned by the library. The staff members order and process materials, create cards for the card catalog, and enter the pertinent information into the computer system. They also repair items as needed and withdraw those that are damaged or out-of-date. Staff members file and remove cards from the card catalog to keep it up-to-date, and they are responsible for data maintenance in the computer catalog.
