Adult Library Card Online Application

To apply for a card, simply fill in the information, read the Responsibility Statement, and submit the form. One application must be filled out for each person in the household requesting a card. Your card will be available for pickup after 72 hours.

Note: If you already have a library card and need to update your personal information, replace your existing card, or renew your expired card, you must do this in person at the library’s Circulation Desk.

When you pick up your library card you must show one form of identification with your current Downers Grove address listed.
