Only Captain Crow realizes what the “X” means for their tree. JE/CAL Calmenson, Stephanie Harry the dachshund introduces readers to proper etiquette and safety procedures when meeting a dog and its owner. JE/CRONIN Cronin, Doreen A young fly writes in her diary about her life at school and her adventures with friends Spider and Worm. However, when his daughter describes how he changed one very unusual bulb, they are fascinated! JE/LIPP Lipp, Frederick Sophy, a girl from a poor Cambodian village, cannot attend school because the nearest one is too far awayuntil she receives the gift of a pair of running shoes. JE/LONDON London, Jonathan Froggy’s first t-ball game isn’t going well, but he’s trying as hard as he can! JE/TAYLOR Taylor, Sean When a monster is born, there are many possibilities, starting with whether to be a faraway-in-the woods monster, or an under-the-bed monster… JE/VAIL Vail, Rachel Two feet, Righty and Lefty, don’t agree on anything. When Righty is comfortable, Lefty is cold. When Lefty wants to play, Righty has fallen asleep. If these two feet don’t start working together, they’ll never get anywhere! JE/WEIGELT Weigelt, Udo Little Guinea Pig declares that his favorite TV star, Super Guinea Pig, is his new best friend, but it’s his companions Canary, Hound Dog and Goldfish who help him out of a jam. JE/WILCOX Wilcox, Leah Prince Charming tries every way he can thing of to wake up Sleeping Beauty so that he can avoid The Kiss (yuck!). JE/WILLEMS Willems, Mo Trixie brings her beloved, one-of-a-kind, stuffed rabbit Knuffle Bunny to show and tell and is shocked to find that another little girl also has a Knuffle Bunny! JE/YEE Yee, Wong Herbert Bananas are disappearing all over town so the police call in Detective Small to help crack the case! JE/ZEMACH Zemach, Kaethe Dudley often has a hard time at school but his teacher always helps himso Dudley is very excited to help Ms. McCaw when she admits that she can’t draw.
