Winter, Jonah - Here Comes the Garbage Barge!
Back in 1987, a now infamous garbage barge hauled 32 hundred tons of garbage from New York, bound for Texas.  But Texas refused to take the garbage and the barge roamed the Gulf, looking for a place to dump its stinky cargo.
