Magic: The Last 125 Years

In this unique program, Dr. Tony Noice, author, professor of theatre at Elmhurst College, and former professional magician, combines equal amounts of information and entertainment. You'll see cave paintings depicting the first magic trick ever invented, unravel the secrets of the early Egyptian conjurors, and watch the development of "the mystery arts."

Kerbal Space Program

Come to the library and play Kerbal Space Program, a popular space simulator game, and learn about the science behind NASA by launching little green men into space. Library "space experts" will be on hand to help lead you through the game's beginning trial and error, and help explain the science concepts.
